I am a Registered General Nurse and Health Visitor based in Bedford, with many years of experience as a Practice Nurse, Asthma Nurse and trained Counsellor. I work with a holistic approach and firmly believe that holistic therapies can assist in the process of maintaining balance in our lives, combating stress and maintaining good health.
Therapies are tailored to meet your particular needs, be it relief of stress, muscle tension, relaxation or lifting of the mood. Feel free to discuss your concerns at the consultation, mentioning any recent changes in health or medication.
I am also passionate about good skin care, which has a natural interface with good health. It is with this in mind rather than ‘beauty’ that my choice of skin care product therefore had to be Dermalogica.
