Begins with a reviving full body exfoliation with selected exfoliant, relax with aromatherapy oil massage to ease stress or energise, followed by a detoxifying seaweed, power recovery or hydrating aloe wrap. Finish with deeply relaxing head and scalp massage, before removal of wrap with hot steam towels and completed with a nourishing body cream applied to your super soft skin. Perfect preparation for summer, before a holiday, or just because…!
Body Foliation Therapy £35 (45 mins)
Thermal Body Therapy combining gentle exfoliation with conditioning essential oils for a soothing and smoothing treatment. A gentle Oatmeal and Rice Bran powder activates to remove dead cells, brightens skin and helps remove appearance of pigmentation and sun damage.

Relax in this thermal cocoon, infused with aromatic
botanicals this purifying seaweed and mineral mud poultice

Body Therapy Hydro Wrap £35 (45 mins)
An ultra-soothing treatment personalised with aromatherapy botanicals. Natural, aloe-based balm is swaddled in a thermal wrap to infuse the skin with moisture, and removed with hot steam towels. Ideal for sun exposed, dry or dehydrated skin
Power Recovery Body Wrap £35 (45 mins)
An intense power pack of soymilk and Colloidal oatmeal-base that nourishes whilst hydrating and conditioning the skin. Wheat proteins and honey hydrate the skin, while a unique blend of Wasabi Root and tropical Asian ginger stimulates circulation, and White Tea soothes and protects.
‘Fake Bake’ body treatment £40
Go bronze…The safe way to have that healthy appearance without sun injure. Preparation includes a hydro-active mineral salt scrub to exfoliate leaving skin soft and smooth before applying an all over tanning treatment for an even ‘guilt free’ glow.
